he needs no permissions. we don’t have to start any software as soon as we turn on the computer. does anybody know any software of this sort?

VNC is very commonly used for this and is free. Another option is pcanywhere… though I haven’t seen anyone use that for a long time.
Windows XP professional have a feature called remote access & remote desktop.
If you enable the remote acces & remote desktop setting.
And your PC firewall setting allow remote access & remote desktop.
You can allow other to access your PC.
Your teacher knew the password fo the PC, so he can easily access your PC.
