looking for gas price info along the route along with dining options. “AAA Internet Triptik” has usually been my favorite, just curious about other resources.

Try going into a AAA office. I was amazed at what they did for my East coast road trip. If you want they can even make hotel, train or other arrangements for you at no cost. Also, they have free maps! GOOD LUCK!
