Everyone knows that homeland security places requirements on almost every federal and state agency. But I understand that some industries (such as utilities and airlines) have added requirements.
I do not know if there are any compliance requirements for businesses in general, or if there are any other industries. What all industries are being affected and what is required of them?

Businesses who so much as think about hiring anyone else have DHS obligations – yuk!
Every single one of them – who do you think is responsible for making sure all employees are legal in the country?
It starts there but it hardly ends there.
