My mom has used my social security number over and over. I have never been able to get a drivers license, buy a home, or get a credit card. She has used my number to get utilities ect in her name. She is constantly on the run from the police. What can i do???? I was hoping to wait it out but she won’t stop! I am almost 40 and i want to buy a home, drive, have a life. I am so upset!

why havent you call the police why didnt you call Social secuirty
why didnt you call the fraud deparment for the credit card agencies
why did you wait so long?
call the credit bureau ask them to a freeze on your account
you may need a police report to this
also check your credi reports

You need to close all the fraudulent accounts your mother has opened. This will involve contacting the credit agencies so they can freeze your account and filling a police report. This website might help

Without you having pressed charges. Social Security will not issue you a new number. Have your mom arrested
