How To copy recovery partition so i can have it on DVd as backup?
Question by Pit Bull: How To copy recovery partition so i can have it on DVd as backup?
As most manufactures only have the recovery partition as a backup to put the Computer back to factory setting and dont give you any cd’s such as dell, is there anyway i can manage to copy or burn the recovery partition as a backup if it every becomes corrupt or the harddrive fails, I have called dell and and they claim they dont have such a disc, if there is away could someone explain or give me a link that explains how this is accomplished

The fastest, simplest and most secure way is to use Acronis, its made for exaclty what you ask! I use it on clinet machines on a reg basis, never had a prob with it!
