Anything the dell tool does you could do your self. They have good free tuneup tools at download.com.
That being said, I could not find a free trial anywhere that offered dell pc tuneup, what I did find if you buy it from this link at dell. You get a 30 money back offer. So use it for less than 30 days and you don’t like it they will refund your money.
